This takes a bit more preparation but is something you can do over and over again. 
This board is made from felt and is double sided.
Side 1: Colour match
Cut 2 squares from each colour. One goes on the board, the other should be loose. Attach velcro in the middle of each.
Side 2: Shape match
Cut 2 of each shape. One goes on the board and the other loose. Also use velcro to be able to stick the shapes onto each other.
Another way of doing this would be to cut the shapes from cardboard and and match them in a similar way to these, using prestik.
